Three important issues about improving the quality of ＂ Exchangeability and Technological Measurement＂ laboratory teaching axe discussed in this paper. Opening laboratory can give students free access. The experimental supervision is changed , which makes students have broad room to select test methods, The experimental contents are improved , and the comprehensive tests are added. That reformation raised the experimental teaching effect .
