摘要 水电站最优电价是一个十分重要的经济指标,日益引起人们的关注.通过全规划期不变最优电价、最优装机容量和分时段最优电价、最优装机容量的2个模型探讨,进行对独立的小型水电站规划,既能刺激用户消费,又能发挥电站的最大效益. The best electric price is a important economic target in small water porwer station. It is poied attention day by day. With discussing about the unchange best electric price in whole planning period, The best installed mechine capacity, The best electric price in diffent time, The discussing two model of the best installed mechine capacity, And plinning the independent small water power station. We can encourage the consume of user, Also exert the biggest efficiency in power station.
