从历史文化中受到启发,分析了历史文化风貌区规划实践中经常遇到的三类情境,即已有建筑单体的改建、极端受限地块的新建、地铁站点区域的更新,从理论和实践两方面探索符合风貌区可持续发展的建筑发展模式。

From the historic inspiration, this paper analyzes three types of the urban planning practice in historic and cultura areas, transformation of existent buildings building in the extremely restrictive areas、 updating of subway-stations, so we can get some useful building patterns which meet sustainable development of historic and cultural areas.
