冷水机组节能运行模式的模拟分析研究

摘要 空调系统中的冷水机组大部分时间处于部分负荷运行状态,其性能系数COP随负荷百分比变化。分析冷水机组部分负荷性能,研究了不同机型、不同配置模式和不同运行模式下,用不同机组的逐台启动法和平均负载率法对负荷进行分摊,并对多台冷水机组的运行能耗进行分析,从设计选型和运行2个方面提出了冷水机组的节能途径。 It is a fact that water chiller units of air-conditioning system run at part load most of the time, and the coefficient.of performance of water chiller units varies with its load ratio. This paper analyzes part load performance of water chiller units. By using gradually starting method and average load method, the load is shared and the energy consumption of multiple water chiller units is analyzed under different machine types, different allocation modes and different operating modes. The energy-saving approaches are presented from design selection and operation.
