能量回馈式油井变频器及节能效果

摘要 电磁调速电动机效率低、自身电能损耗较大,造成其拖动的油井吨液用电单耗高。采用抽油机能量回馈智能变频采油技术,利用"双变频"原理,可以在一定程度上减少设备从电网吸收的电能量,进一步提高节能增效水平。能量回馈变频器,可以根据需要调整冲次,实现柔性启动、双回自动电压跟踪、双频控制,自动降压运行等功能。 Low efficiency and great energy loss of electro- magnetic timing motors make the oil wells dragged by the motors has a high electricity consumption. Using energy-feedback intelligent frequency oil production technology of oil-pumping machine and "dual-frequency" principle can reduce the electric energy absorbed from power grid by equipments to a certain extent and further improve energy efficiency. The energy-feedback converter can adjust shock number according to the need, realize flexible start, dual-way automatic voltage tracking, dual-frequency control, automatic pressure-relief operation, and so on.
