摘要
单纯的电力负荷控制系统已不能满足当前用电管理的需要,因此,建立用电现场服务与管理系统显得尤为必要。立足于实现并优化企业自身的需求侧管理,详细介绍了电力客户侧管理系统的结构,以及该系统如何帮助客户进行合理有序用电、监测用电需量、有效控制需量的最大值等内容,为企业实现负荷监测、调整峰谷用电量、提高用电效率提供技术支持。
As simplex electric power load control system has been unable to meet the needs of current electric management, it is particularly important to establish an electricity spot serviee and management system. Based on the realization and optimization of enterprises＇ own DSM, this paper introduces the structure of client side management system, and how to use the system to help clients rationally and orderly use electric power, monitor electric need, effectively take control of need-maximum in detail. All of these supply technical support for enterprises to realize their own load monitoring, adjust peak and valley electricity consumption, improve electricity efficiency.
