Mental health of police can influence the team management and its battle effectiveness, so it has great importance to the police political education system. We should convert our concept by setting up humanistic management, following policemen＇s psychological development and characters. The political education system should be reformed to solve the existing problems. Applied with scientific mental health education, the effectiveness of political education can be improved.
