大透骨消挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究大透骨消挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取大透骨消(花、叶)挥发油,叶挥发油得率为0.30%,花提取物得率为0.10%;应用气相色谱-质谱进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果:在叶挥发油中共分离出204种成分,鉴定出23个化学成分,其主要成分为烷烃类及其含氧衍生物等,主要有对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,含量70.70%;花提取物中分离出132个成分,鉴定出12个成分,主要为乙酰水扬酸甲酯,含量82.64%。结论:大透骨消花挥发油成分证实其药理作用与传统民间用药疗效一致。 Objective: Chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Ganltheria forrestii Diels originated from Yunnan Province were studied.Methods: Two types of volatile oil were obtained by steam distillation of the foliage and flowers with extraction rate of 0.30% and 0.10% respectively.The chemical constituents of the volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS,and their relative contents were determined by area normalization.Results: 204 compounds were separated from the foliage extraction,and 23 of them were identified,with Methylparaben accounting for the major proportion(70.70%);132 compounds were separated from the flower extraction,and 12 of them were identified,with Methyl salicylate accounting for the major proportion(82.64%).Conclusion: The constituents of the volatile oil from Ganltheria forrestii Diels confirm the curative effect of the traditional Chinese herb medicine.
