心电图Tv1/Tv5比值及V6波形改变在冠心病诊断中的意义

Diagnosis Value Evaluated by the Rate of Tv1/Tv5 and the Changes of T and R Wave of V6 in Coronary Artery Disease

目的:探讨心电图(ECG)V1、5导联T波的特征及V6导联T波和R波的特征;Tv1/Tv5>1,V6T/R<1/10在冠心病的诊断及预后评价中的作用。方法:分析150例因胸部不适而接受冠状动脉造影(CAG)患者的心电图Tv1/Tv5>1,V6T/R<1/10阳性率在CAG阳性及阴性组中的差异,以及随访观察CAG阳性患者中冠状动脉(简称冠脉)事件发生率。结果:Tv1/Tv5>1,V6T/R<1/10阳性率在CAG阳性组和阴性组中分别为54.0%,14.1%,两者间差异显著(P<0.01);在CAG阳性患者中,有Tv1/Tv5>1,V6T/R<1/10阳性患者冠脉事件发生率高于Tv1/Tv5>1,V6T/R<1/10阴性患者。结论:对于胸部不适的患者,心电图Tv1>Tv5,V6T/R<1/10阳性可提示冠脉存在病变,并可预示在CAG阳性患者中,有Tv1/Tv5>1,V6T/R<1/10阳性其冠脉事件发生率高。

Objective： To investigate the characteristics of T wave and R wave led by V1 and V5,V6 in patients who were suspected of suffering from coronary artery disease CAD）.Roles of Tv1/Tv5〉1,V6T/R〈1/10 in diagnosis and prognosis were also analyzed.Methods： From 150 patients who suffered from chest pain were given coronary angiography.Tv1/T v5〉1,V6T/R〈1/10 were analyzed between CAG positive group and CAG passive group.The rate of cardiovascular events was evaluated.Results： The rate of Tv1/Tv5〉1,V6T/R〈1/10 in CAG positive group and CAG negative group were 54.0% and 14.1%,respectively.It has significant difference（P〈0.01）;the rate of cardiovascular events Tv1/Tv5〉1,V6T/R〈1/10 in CAG positive group was higher than the negative group.Conclusion： In CAG positive patients,there were significant lesions of coronary artery with Tv1/Tv5〉1,V6T/R〈1/10 positive,and Tv1/Tv5〉1,V6T/R〈1/10 positive was an implication of higher cardiovascular events.
