窄谱UVB联合他扎罗汀、糠酸莫米松治疗银屑病疗效观察

The Clinical Study of Psoriasis Treated with Narrowband UVB,Tazarrotene Gel and Manetasone Furoate Cream

目的:探讨窄谱UVB(NB-UVB)联合他扎罗汀、糠酸莫米松治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效。方法:95例随机分为3组,治疗组32例予NB-UVB照射,同时外用他扎罗汀和糠酸莫米松;对照1组31例予NB-UVB照射;对照2组32例予他扎罗汀和糠酸莫米松外用。结果:治疗组有效率为96.88%,对照1组为80.00%,对照2组为78.13%;治疗组疗效明显高于对照1组和2组;治疗组和对照组治疗后评分明显低于治疗前,各组治疗前后比较有显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组有2例出现干燥和瘙痒,但可以耐受。结论:NB-UVB联合他扎罗汀、糠酸莫米松治疗银屑病疗效优于单独使用NB-UVB治疗组及他扎罗汀和糠酸莫米松治疗组,副作用少。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of NB-UVB combined with topical Tazarotene Gel and Mometasone Furoate Cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods： 32 cases in the treatment group were treated with NB-UVB,combined with topical Tazarotene Gel and Mometasone Furoate Cream.31 cases in control group I with were treated with NB-UVB,and 32 cases in control group II were treated with topical Tazaarotene Gel and Mometasone Furoate Cream.Results： The effective rates in the treatment group and the control groups were 96.88%,80.00% and 78.13% respectively.The scores became lower after treatment in the treatment group and control groups respectively.There wass distinct difference between the treatment group and control groups（P〈0.01）.The adverse events were drying and itching but it was bearable.Conclusions： The treatment of narrowband UVB combined with topical Tazarrotene Gel and Manetasone Furoate Cream in psoriasis was superior to the use of NB-UVB or topical Tazarotene Gel and Mometasone Furoate Cream.There were rarely adverse events.
