摘要
目的:观察颏下岛状皮瓣在颌面部软组织缺损修复术中的效果。方法:根据缺损的部位设计皮瓣修复术式。结果:6例皮瓣完全存活,有1例局部坏死,重建效果显著。结论:颏下岛状皮瓣修复术易于掌握,颏下岛状皮瓣修复颌面部软组织缺损这一术式值得推广应用。
Objetive： To observae the submental island flap in face orthopedics effect.Method： Random skin flap type was designed according to soft tissue damage spot.Result： The submental island flap all survived completely,with remarkable effect.Conclusion： The submental island flap orthopedics was easy to grasp,and worth promoting.
