The chemical composition,metallographic structure,fabrication shaping and coatings of the iron castings are analyzed.Based on the theories,the new coating process,strict surface treatment,enforced bonderizing and new additives(such as corrosion inhibitor) are applied to improve the coating quality of the iron castings.
