讨论了大学生在择业中遇到困难、挫折和冲突时,如何调整自己,正视人才流动所带来的机遇和挑战,以最好的状态和心理素质在择业的坐标中及时找到自己的准确位置。
The article discusses the graduates＇ job-selecting. In order to find out their correct position in time with the best situation and psychological quality in their coordinates of jobselecting, they should know how to adjust to themselves and confront the opportunities and challenges to which talent flow brings. Especially when the graduates come across difficulties, setback and conflicts in their job hunting, and then fulfill their life value.
