摘要
应用统计过程控制技术,对国产七轴五联动数控螺旋锥齿轮磨齿机YK2050的加工性能进行实验研究。根据实际磨齿加工采集的数据,运用平均值-全距控制图分析了机床的稳定性,并计算了机床的工序能力指数,研究结果表明,机床具有良好的加工稳定性以及充足的工序能力。最后对造成机床加工性能异常的原因进行了分析并给出了解决方法。
By applying SPC technology, the experimental study on processing performance of homemade YK2050 CNC spiral bevel gear grinding machine was done. The machine tool's stability was analyzed by control chart and the process capability indices were calculated according to the experimental data. The outcome of the study indicates that the grinding machine has good processing stability and enough process capability. Furthermore, the general reason of processing performance abnormity was analyzed and the solution was provided.
