摘要 为解决实际大型结构的健康监测问题,首先针对大型铝板结构建立了多Agent系统,整个多Agent系统可实现压电传感器、光纤传感器、应变片传感器等不同传感器的选取和自组网络,自动实现声发射源监测、紧固件松动、应变分布监测等三种典型损伤监测。介绍了作为整个系统实现的基础工作之一的基于声发射技术的损伤诊断Agent的构造过程。通过具体试验,基于声发射技术,集成不同的时延判定方法,针对铝板、环氧板、碳纤维板进行了声发射源定位的诊断Agent研究。 To solve the problem faced when monitoring the large practical structures, a multi-- Agent system for monitoring the large aluminium plate was developed. The whole system can choose strain gauge sensor,the fiber sensor and PZT sensor automatically, self--organize the sensor network and realize the typical three monitoring instances including the localization of acoustic emission source, bolt loosing and strain distribution monitoring. As one of the basis work for the implementation of the whole system,the process of developing the damage diagnosis Agent based on acoustic emission was introduced in detail. Through the detailed experiments, based on the acoustic emission technology, integrated with different time delay of arrival methods, the damage diagnosis Agent was realized for the aluminum plate, glass fiber--epoxy composite plate and the carbon fiber reinforced plate. The work herein is the foundation of the implementation of the whole multi--Agent system for the large structure health monitoring.
