摘要
提出了一种在零件网格模型的基础上直接生成工艺补充网格,得到拉延件网格模型,以用于有限元分析计算的方法。该网格生成算法不同于传统的网格剖分问题,不需要工艺补充部分的几何数据,从而避免了CAD数据在向CAE软件传输过程中可能遇到的问题,实现了模面设计与CAE功能的无缝结合。实例证明所提出的算法是有效的。
The paper presented a method of obtaining drawing part's mesh model by constructing addendum's mesh based on that of the product part,and then unifying the two as a whole. The final mesh can be utilized by FEM analysis. The mesh generating algorithm, different from the traditional way,where it doesnot need the addendum' s geometric datum, avoids the problems usually happen when trying to import CAD datum into CAE module. The seamless combination of die face design function and CAE analysis is thus attained. A case was given to testify the algorithm's effectiveness.
