摘要
采用文献资料和专家访谈研究方法,以组织变革理论视角来研究奥林匹克运动成功运作的经验。研究表明,奥林匹克组织通过严格的规章制度、专门化训练的人员和道德规范,不仅有利于获取资源、动员资源,从而使奥林匹克运动实现经济独立。而且使其在国际社会中享有声誉。对于中国的体育组织来讲,需要进一步提高运用法律规范来管理体育事务的能力和水平,把体育组织工作纳入法制轨道,完善组织机构、工作机制和规章制度,明确职责和权利,促进体育事业健康、有序发展。
By the methods of literature and expert interview, from the perspective of organization reform theory, it studies the successful experience of Olympic Movement operation. The study indicates that through strict rules and the staffs who are strictly trained and moral rules, the Olympic Organization is not only in favor of getting and mobilizing resources in order to realizing the economic independency of Olympic Movement, but also make the organization have high reputation in the international society. For Chinese sports organization, it needs to improve the ability arid the level of managing sports affairs by laws and rules and bring the sport organization affairs into the track of law and perfect the organization structure, work system and rules, confirm the responsibilities and rights in order to promote the healthy and ordinal development of sports.
