Effect of Body Fat on Cerebral Blood Flow Velocity

摘要 目的:探讨体脂对脑血流速度(cerebral blood flow velocity,CBFV)的影响。方法:以20名男女大学生(男、女各10人)为实验对象,运用经颅多普勒技术检测了其安静时的大脑中动脉血流速度和采用In Body身体成份分析仪测试了其身体成份,然后对CBFV和身体成分进行相关分析。结果:男女受试者大脑中动脉收缩期峰速度(Vp)、舒张期末峰速度(Vd)和平均峰速度(Vm)分别与其体脂、体脂百分数和体重指数(BMI)呈显著负相关;而男女受试者大脑中动脉的搏动指数(PI)分别与其体脂、体脂百分数和BMI呈显著正相关。结论:体脂对CBFV有显著的负面影响,体脂增多,CBFV降低。 Objective:To investigate the effect of body fat on cerebral blood flow velocity. Methods:The middle artery blood velocity was evaluated by Using CBS - II transcranial Doppler at rest in twenty male and female college students, following their body composition was assessed by using In Body body composition analyser arrest. Relationship between body composition and the middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity was researched. Results:Vp, Vd and Vm of MCA were negatively related to body fat, % body fat and BMI significandy, respectively. PI of MCA was positively related to body fat, % body fat and BMI significandy, respectively. Conclusion: Our study implies significant and negative effect of body fat on cerebral blood flow velocity. Cerebral blood flow velocity will reduce while body fat increases.
