摘要
在大量的钢闸门制造、安装工程中，对钢材的焊接应力和变形作过多次实验和分析的基础上。结合雪龙滩水电站导流冲砂洞弧形钢闸门的制造工艺，就钢板的焊接变形原理作了分析，并详细介绍了弧形钢闸门的制造工艺及控制焊接变形的方法。
In this paper, a lot of experiment and analysis of welded steel stress and transfiguration in steel sulice gate manufacture and erection is introduced. the author, through manufacturing steel radial gate in the Xuelongtan hydropower station, discussed and analysed steel plate welding stansfiguration theory, technique and the method of weiding transfiguration controlling.
