微生态制剂联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻病

Therapeutic Effects of Montmorillonite Powder Combined with Micro-ecological Preparations for Acute Detection in Children

目的探讨微生态制剂联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻病的临床疗效。方法80例急性腹泻病患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,均给予口服蒙脱石散及对症治疗,治疗组加用微生态制剂,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,差异有统计学意义。结论微生态制剂与蒙脱石散联合治疗小儿急性腹泻病疗效好,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Montmorillonite powder and micro-ecological preparations for acute diarrhea in children. Methods 80 cases with acute diarrhea received symptomatic supportive therapy were divided randomly into two groups（n =40）. The treatment group was administered with micro-ecological preparations and Montmorillonite powder, and the control group with Montmorillonite powder only. The curative effects were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%, and of the control group was 80.0%. There was statistic difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Micro-ecological preparations combined with Montmorillonite powder have good curative effect for acute diarrhea in children. It is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
