摘要
目的探讨脑血管畸形急性出血的手术疗效,对临床疑似脑血管畸形急性出血的患者探寻手术的效果。方法我科对11例脑血管畸形急性出血的患者,均在清除血肿的同时,在显微镜下行畸形血管手术切除。结果全组11例均在显微镜下行手术治疗,术后依日常生活能力分级法(ADL)分级评价:Ⅰ级6例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级2例。结论对脑血管畸形急性出血的患者,在清除血肿的同时于显微镜下行畸形血管切除,可获得较好疗效。
Objective To explore surgical treatment for hemorrhage in patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation （AVM） during acute stage and suspicious patients of AVM. Methods Hematoma of 11 cases suffering from AVM was cleared up and at the same time malformed vascellum was removed under microscope. Results All the group of 11 cases were performed on surgical treatment under microscope. After operation, theses cases were evaluated according to ADL classification standard,6 cases were grade Ⅰ ,3 cases were grade Ⅱ and 2 cases were grade Ⅲ. Conclusions Better curative effects can be attained through hematoma clearance as well as malformed vascellum elimination under microscope.
