摘要
采用冷冻干燥法制备了类人胶原蛋白(RHLC)人工骨复合材料,并对材料的微观形貌、结构、晶粒大小、晶相组成和化学组成进行了分析。结果表明,制备的RHLC复合材料在晶相组成、化学组成和晶体尺寸方面均类似于天然骨。RHLC复合材料有望成为培养自体成骨细胞的理想支架材料。
RHLC composite material were developed by phase separation-freeze drying method. Micro-morphology, structure, crystallite size, crystallite phase and chemical composition of RHLC composite, material were characatized. Results showed that,crystallite phase, chemical composition and crystallite size of RHLC composite materrat were similar to those of natural bone. It is expected that the RHLC composite material will be ideal for the transplantation of autogenous osteoblasts to regenerate bone tissue.
