摘要
采用膜分离技术对麻黄碱提取液进行除杂、浓缩,以降低苛化工段NaOH和二甲苯用量,并减少废水产生量。确定一级膜最佳型号为微滤膜Ⅰ,麻黄碱透过率高达98.56%、杂质截留率达27.95%;二级膜最佳型号为纳滤膜Ⅱ,麻黄碱截留率高达100%、滤液可直接回用提取工序;经两级膜处理后提取液体积减少到原来的9.2%,废水量减少85%。
Ephedrine extract was treated by membrane separation technology to lower use level of NaOH and xylene and to reduce the wastewater output. Experiments showed that the optimal membrane for impurity removalwas mierofiltration membrane Ⅰ. The permeation rate for ephedrine was 98.56%, and the impurity removal rate was 27.95 %. The optimal membrane for concentration was nanofiltration membrane Ⅱ. The retention rate for ephedrine reached 100%, so the filtrate could be reused in extraction procedure. The volume of extraction liquor decreased to 9.2 % and wastewater decreased by 85 % after treated by two-stage membrane separation technology.
