静息微生物细胞降解低浓度漏油污水

Degradation of Low Concentration Wastewater Contaminated with Leakage Oil by Resting Microbe Cells

摘要 采用微生物降解法处理石油开采和运输过程中产生的大量低浓度的漏油污水,从含油土壤中筛选出一株高效石油降解菌,研究了影响其在静息状态下降解效果的相关因素。结果表明,在油浓度100-200 mg·L^-1的污水中接种量为6%、尿素为氮源、曲拉通X-100含量为0.25%时,24 h的降解率能达到94%以上。 Aiming at the low concentration wastewater contaminated with leakage oil from petroleum exploitation and transportation,microbiodegradation was used in this article. A strain of high efficient bacterium was screened from the soil contaminated by petroleum at first. And different kinds of factors affecting its degradation efficiency under resting condition were studied. The results showed that,for wastewater containing 100- 200 mg·L^-1 petroleum, when the inoculation was 6%, using CO(NH2 )2 as nitrogen source, and the content of Triton X-100 was 0. 25 %, the degradation rate could reach above 94 % after 24 hours.
