摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定葛芪颗粒中葛根素含量。选用Shim-pak clc-ODS C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.25 mol·L^-1磷酸(10∶40)为流动相,检测波长为250 nm。结果表明,葛根素的对照品进样量在0.038-0.19μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.4%(n=5),RSD为1.72%。该方法快速准确,具有良好的稳定性和重复性,可用于葛芪颗粒的质量控制。
Puerarin content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method in Geqi granule. The Shim-pak clc-ODS C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) pillar was selected with methanol-0. 25 mol·L^-1 phosphoric acid(10 : 40) as the mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results showed that the calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 038-0.19 μg for puerarin. The average recovey was 97.4%(n=5) and the RSD was 1.72%. The method can be used for the quality control of Geqi granule owing to its good stability and repeatability.
