Analysis of the Problems about the Work of Teaching Secretaries in Universities and the Corresponding Countermeasures

教学秘书工作的质量和效率对于高校教学管理工作有着直接影响,加强教学秘书队伍建设是高校工作不容忽视的一项任务。本文以教学秘书工作中存在的问题为着眼点,提出了应该采取的相应对策。

The quality and efficiency of the teaching secretaries＇ work can directly affect the teaching management of universities. It is an important work for every university to bring up an efficiency team of teaching secretaries. The corresponding countermeasures for the problems about the work of teaching secretaries are proposed in this paper.
