摘要
目的:建立D-半乳糖致衰老动物模型,并设置不同处理,研究枸杞子对于小鼠胸腺功能的作用,确定其对于免疫衰老的影响。方法:小鼠分组进行造模并给药;实时定量PCR方法对处理后小鼠胸腺初始T细胞标记物(sjTRECs)进行绝对定量以评价免疫中枢器官胸腺的生成和输出功能。结果:小鼠胸腺和脾脏的T淋巴细胞中的sjTRECs的含量:D-Gal模型组<枸杞组<对照组(P<0.05)。结论:D-Gal模型组与对照组相比,小鼠胸腺的初始T细胞生成和输出功能显著减弱,成功建立了D-Gal致小鼠免疫衰老的模型。枸杞组的小鼠胸腺初始T细胞生成和输出功能较D-Gal组显著增强,具有延缓衰老和免疫保护的作用。
Objective: To establish and evaluate D-galactose induced immunosenescence mouse model; to investigate Fructus Lycii function to mouse thymus in D-galactose induced immunosenescence.nethods:Establish different treated groups. The new marker of naive T cell(sjTRECs)levels in murine thymocytes and splenocytes were detected by real-time PCR method to reflecting the amount of naive T cell and thymus function. Results: sjTRECs levels in murine thymocytes and splenocytes: D-Gal group 〈 Fructus Lycii group 〈 control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Compared with control group, D-Gal group's thymus creating and output naive T cell function were obviously decreased.D-Gal treatment can induce thymus involvation associated immunosenescence. Compared with D-Gal group,Fructus Lycii group increased thymus function. So Fructus Lycii can delay aging and immune protection.
