机用镍钛器械在塑化根管再治疗中的临床应用

Root canal therapy of resinified teeth with rotary power-driven Nickel-Titanium rotary instrument

目的:观察Hero642机用镍钛根管预备系统在磨牙塑化根管再治疗中的临床应用。方法:选择门诊患者56例牙髓塑化治疗后需进行根管再治疗的患牙56颗,其中,上颌磨牙26颗,下颌磨牙30颗,共168个根管,采用Hero642机用根管预备系统进行根管预备,牙胶尖侧压充填,记录根管疏通成功的患牙数和根管数。结果:56颗患牙中49颗患牙(上颌磨牙24颗,下颌磨牙25颗,共148个根管)的塑化根管再通成功,成功率为87.5%。根管再通成功率为88.1%,上颌磨牙塑化根管再通成功率高于下颌磨牙,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Hero642机用镍钛根管预备系统可用于临床塑化根管的再治疗。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical application of Nickel-Titanium rotary instruments Hero642 to the root canal which underwent previous resinifying therapy.Methods：56 molars that had been treated with resinfying therapy before were selected for root canal therapy.The root canal of all cases were shaped by Nickel-Titanium rotary instruments Hero642,and obturated with lateral condensation technique.The number of teeth and root canal which were negotiated were recorded.Result：49 of 56 teeth and 148 of 168 root canals were negotiated and obturated, with a success rate of 87.5% and 88.1% respectively, the success rate.of maxillary molars was higher than the mandibular ones＇,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nickel-Titanium rotary instruments Hero642 can be used to treat root canals which underwent previous resinifying therapy.
