慢性鼻炎患者的心理健康状况与生活质量研究

Research on the mental health and the quality of life of chronic nasosinusitis patients

目的:探讨慢性鼻炎患者的心理健康状况与生活质量。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)对70例慢性鼻炎患者进行评定,并与62例健康志愿者评定结果对照。结果:慢性鼻炎患者症状自评量表评分,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑分显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);慢性鼻炎患者生活质量综合评定问卷评分,除物质生活维度及认知功能、住房、社区服务、生活环境因子与对照组之间无显著性差异外,其余维度及各因子与生活质量总体评价均显著低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:慢性鼻炎患者存在较广泛的心理健康问题,且生活质量较差,应对其进行积极有效的心理干预。

Objective： To investigate the mental health and the quality of life of chronic nasosinusitis patients. Methods： Seventy patients with chronic nasosinusitis were stuied using SCL-90 and GQOLI-74 and were compared with the sixty-two volunteers. Results：The deciding marks of chronic nasosinusitis SCL-90, body, depression anxiety were higher than the contrasts. The judgement paper marks for the life quality of the patients with chronic nasosinusitis,the other factors and life quality＇s comprehensive judgement was obviously lower than the contrasts （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, except for material llfe and the cognition function,the housing,the community service,and living conditions factor had no obvious difference comparing with the contrasts.Conclusion： Chronic rhinitis patients exist wide mental healthy problems and the quality of life is poor.We should do active and effective mental interventions for them.
