颅内节细胞胶质瘤的MRI特征分析

MRI Findings of Intracranial Ganglioglioma

目的分析颅内节细胞胶质瘤的MRI特点。资料与方法对16例经手术病理证实的节细胞胶质瘤的MRI表现进行总结分析。结果12例位于大脑半球,其余4例分别位于脑干、小脑、鞍上及丘脑区。2例表现为囊性肿块,增强后囊壁强化并有明显强化的瘤结节。6例表现为囊实性肿块,8例为实性肿块,增强后实性成分强化。结论节细胞胶质瘤的MRI表现无特征性,但颞叶均匀强化的肿块并不伴明显瘤周水肿或囊性肿块伴明显强化的瘤结节提示本病。

Objective To evaluate MRI characteristics of intracranial ganglioglioma. Materials and Methods MRI findings in sixteen patients with intraeranial gangliogliomas confirmed by pathology were analysed. Results The tumor was found in the cerebrum in twelve cases,in the brainstem in 1 case,in the cerebellum in 1 case, in the suprasellar area in 1 case,and in the thalanms in 1 case, MRI demonstrated cystic mass with enhanced wall and intramural nodule in 2 cases. Cystic-solid tumor was observed in six patients and solid tumor was seen in 8 cases with enhancement of solid components, Conclusion MRI findings of ganglioglioma are non-specific. However,a solid mass in the temporal lobe without marked peritumoral edema or cystic mass with markedly enhanced intramural nodule suggested ganglioglioma.
