周围型肺癌胸膜凹陷征的胸膜面SSD表现

目的评价周围型肺癌胸膜凹陷征表面遮盖成像(SSD)的三维肺表面表现。资料与方法比较30例周围型肺癌SSD及轴位图像的完整胸膜凹陷显示率,其中8例术后行充气标本制作和/或有肺叶术中充气照片。结果21例表现为三维完整凹陷征(70%),10例表现为轴位完整凹陷征(33.33%),SSD对完整胸膜凹陷征显示率高于横断位(P<0.05)。8例有肺癌肺叶照片的患者中,4例表现为三维完整凹陷征,4例表现为三维非完整凹陷征。结论与薄层轴位图像相比,SSD显示出胸膜凹陷征更佳。

Objective To evaluate the SSD findings of pleural indentation （PI） of peripheral lung cancer on MDCT. Materials and Methods Detection rate of PI on axial images and SSD in 30 patients with peripheral lung cancer Was compared,in which specimens of expanded lung lobe and/or pictures of lung lobe during operation were obtained in 8 patients. Results Complete PI （CPI） was found on SSD in 21 patients （70%） with CP1 showed on axial images in 10 patients （33.3%）. SSD was superior to axial images in the detection of CPI （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Of 8 patients obtaining pictures of lung lobe of lung cancer, CPI was observed on SSD in 4 patients and incomplete PI was seen in 4 patients. Conclusion Compared to axial images, SSD might display PI of peripheral lung cancer better.
