摘要 目的探讨人胰腺癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型早期MRI表现。资料与方法对照病理组织学结果,分析胰腺癌模型的早期MRI表现。结果20只裸鼠有18只接种成功,共发现22个瘤灶,组织学检查符合胰腺低分化腺癌。与邻近肌肉信号相比,肿瘤早期MRI表现为T1WI均匀稍低(50%,11/22)、等(32%,7/22)或稍高信号(18%,4/22),T2WI呈均匀(91%,20/22)或不均匀(9%,2/22)高信号,增强扫描瘤灶呈渐进性强化,延迟期呈等信号。结论3.0T MRI能够检测出直径<5mm的肿瘤。 Objective To evaluate early MRI findings of the transplanted tumor of human pancreatic cancer in a Heter- otopic Nude Mouse Model on 3. 0 T MRI. Materials and Methods Early MRI findings of the transplanted tumor of hu- man pancreatic cancer in a Heterotopic Nude Mouse Model were analyzed correlated with pathological results. Results 22 tumors,low grade adenocarcinomas confirmed by pathology, were found in eighteen of 20 nude mice. Tj WI showed a homo- geneously hypointense mass in 11 tumors, an isointense mass in 7 tumors, and a hyperintense mass in 4 tumors. T2 WI showed a hyperintense mass in all 22 tumors. All 22 tumors demonstrated gradual enhancement after administration of con- trast media. Conclusion 3T MRI could detect pancreatic cancer smaller than 5 mm.
