摘要
利用1951～1996年的降水序列及已有的研究成果，较详细地分析了黄河流域降水不同时间尺度的变化特征，探讨了旱涝与冷暖的关系以及未来变化的可能趋势，并依据降水的气候规律和特征提出了黄河流域水资源开发的对策与建议。
By using the existed research achievements and the precipitation data from l951 to l996, the rainfall evolution features of the Yellow River basin is analyzed in the paper with detail in various time scales, the relation between drought, flood and cold, warm climates, and the future tendency are studied, and according to precipitation laws and charateristics, suggestions and corresponding treatments are put forward for developing water resource in the Yellow River basin.
