太阳能电池用多晶硅铸造技术研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 高性价比优势使多晶硅成为光伏市场的主要材料。随着太阳能电池向低成本化方向的发展,太阳能电池用多晶硅铸造技术的研究与开发有着重要的意义。综述了目前太阳能电池用多晶硅锭、多晶硅带和多晶硅薄膜的铸造技术的起源、原理、优点和缺点,以及采用不同铸造方法制备的硅组织特点,评述了新的太阳能电池用多晶硅的铸造方法,展望了新的铸造太阳能级多晶硅新技术。 Due to its high ratio of performance to price, multicrystalline silicon becomes the main photovoltaic materials. With low cost of the solar cells, it is significant to research and develop casting technology for multicrystalline silicon in solar cells. Origination, principle, advantages and disadvantages of the casting technologies were described for producing multicrystaline silicon ingot, ribbon silicon and film silicon, and the Si structure characteristics of the silicon prepared by different ways were expounded. New casting technologies for multicrystalline silicon were surveyed and prospected.
