摘要
目的:检测孔源性视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割术后视网膜前膜中fibronectin,Ⅰ,Ⅲ型胶原表达。方法:采集孔源性视网膜脱离玻璃体切割术后因PVR再次行剥膜术的所有视网膜前膜标本35例,分黄斑前膜组与周边前膜组。用免疫组织化学方法检测35例视网膜前膜中fibronectin,Ⅰ,Ⅲ型胶原的阳性表达。将两组间3个指标阳性率进行统计学分析。结果:黄斑前膜组中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原阳性表达均为14例(93%),12例FN阳性表达(80%)。周边前膜组中,19例Ⅰ型胶原阳性表达(95%),7例Ⅲ型胶原阳性表达(35%),17例FN阳性表达(85%)。两组比较,Ⅲ型胶原阳性表达有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:孔源性视网膜脱离PPV术后视网膜前膜中含Ⅰ,Ⅲ型胶原和FN,可能在玻璃体切割术后视网膜再次脱离过程中起作用。
AIM： To detect the expression of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen, and fibronectin in epiretinal membrane after vitrectomy in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment cases and to analyze the pathological mechanism of the epiretinal membranes.
METHODS： Thirty-five cases were divided into macular epiretinal membrane group and peripheral epiretinal membrane group, The expressions of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen, and fibronectin were observed by immunohistochemistry. The expressions in the two groups were compared.
RESULTS, The positive expression rates of collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ and fibronectin were 93% （14/15）, 93% （14/15） and 80% （ 12/15 ）, respectively in macular epiretinal membrane group, while they were 95% （19/20）, 35% （7/20） and 85% （17/20） respectively in peripheral epiretinal membrane group, There between the two groups in were statistic differences positive expression rates of type Ⅲ collagen （P〈0.01）.
CONCLUSION： Type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen and fibronectin exist in epiretinal membrane after vitrectomy in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment cases. These components might play roles in re-detachment of retinal membrane after surgery.
