摘要
许多视网膜疾病可造成视网膜光感受器的损伤,导致不可逆的视力丧失,目前尚无有效的临床治疗手段。干细胞移植治疗此类视网膜疾病是目前研究热点,并且被认为是最有前景的治疗方法之一,本文就干细胞移植治疗视网膜疾病的研究现状作一综述。
Photoreceptor injury causes irreversible blindness in many retinal diseases, and at present there is no effective clinical therapy yet. Treatment of such diseases by stem cell transplantation is a research hotspot, and it is deemed as one of the most feasible therapeutic means. This article reviewed the current studies on the treatment of retinal diseases with stem cell transplantation.
