摘要
本文分析当前大学生素质测评体系存在问题,如过度把考试成绩作为评优标准、未充分发挥大学生个性引导作用、缺乏创造力考核标准、与用人单位要求脱轨等。结合实践研究,我们探索解决问题有效途径:即注重学生知识结构、创新意识、团队精神等,建立一套多维综合、面向市场、且具动态导向作用的综合素质测评体系,努力培养创新性高校人才。
This article is to analyze the shortages of the existing quality evaluation system for the university students, such as too much weight on the examination scores, not displaying the guidance function for the personal development, lack of creativity assessment criteria, and too market oriented. To solve these problems we have to pay great attention to the students' knowledge structure, innovative ideology, and team spirit, and establish an overall quality evaluation system which is muhi-dimensional, market targeting and have dynamic guidance functions.
