内支架治疗恶性肠梗阻与弥散性血管内凝血 被引量：6

摘要 恶性肿瘤发病率近年来有明显卜升趋势，晚期恶性肿瘤并发肠梗阻的患者也在逐渐增多，多数患者经历过手术治疗，不愿意或者不能够耐受麻醉和再手术治疗，仅能接受保守治疗；部分患者因无法进行充分的肠道准备，直接外科工期根治手术的病死率高。近年来有不少文献报道通过置入金属内支架解除肠梗阻，
