铝含量对SPHC镇静钢板再结晶γ纤维织构的影响

Effect of Al Content on Recrystallized γ Fiber Texture for SPHC Killed Steel Sheet

摘要 借助于X射线衍射的三维取向分布函数(ODF)分析,研究了铝含量对SPHC镇静钢板样品的再结晶γ纤维织构的影响。结果表明:γ纤维织构的强度随着铝含量的增加而增强,当Al含量增加到0.037%时γ纤维织构的强度显著增强。这是由于Al与N结合形成的AlN原子集团对再结晶{111}织构的阻碍作用明显小于对{100}织构阻碍作用所致。 The effect of Al content on recrystallized γ fiber texture of SPHC killed steel sheet were investigated by the X-ray diffraction ODF analysis. The result showed that intensity of the γ fiber texture is increased with the increase of the Al content. When Al content is 0. 037 %, the intensity of the recrystallized γ fiber texture is the highest. The possible reason is that hindrance of AlN to {111} texture is weaker than that to {100}.
