过载对铝合金疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 利用实验测定和有限元模拟计算分析方法,研究了过载对铝合金疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响。通过测定疲劳裂纹扩展速率和裂纹尖端塑性区半径计算,结果表明过载使裂纹尖端产生较大的塑性区,而导致裂纹在过载后一段时间内停止扩展,即过载对铝合金的裂纹扩展有延迟效应。 xThe influence of overloading on fatigue crack growth rates of aluminum alloy has been investigated by means of the experimental determination and the finite element method (FEM) analysis. The fatigue crack growth rates were tested on MTS-810, and the radius of plastic zone near crack tip was calculated using FEM. The results show that the radius of plastic zone near crack tip under overloading was bigger than that under normal loading,the former results in the stop of crack growth during a period of time after overloading. That means the overloading has the delay effect on fatigue crack growth rates of aluminum alloy.
