摘要
利用Rietveld全谱精修方法进行钢铁材料中的残余奥氏体的测定。该方法测定钢中残余奥氏体具有操作简单和结果重现性好的优点。
The Rietveld full patteran fitting method are used to measuring the retained austenite in steel. The Ri- etveld method is easy to operate and has satisfied reproducibility of test.
