非球面与球面人工晶状体眼对比度视力的比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的(1)对比同等材质非球面人工晶状体和球面人工晶状体植入术后患眼不同背景下不同对比度视力的差异;并评估非球面人工晶状体眼在不同背景环境下的视觉质量。方法以随机双盲的方式对60例(60眼)老年性白内障患者分成2组,每组各30例。并分别选择植入同等材质的非球面Acri Smart36A或球面ACR6DSE人工晶状体,进行常规白内障术前检查,行常规超声乳化白内障吸除。MFVA-100检查患者术后3个月在暗背景(25cd/m^2)和高亮背景(Z55cd/m^2)下不同对比度的LogMar视力值。同时测量患者瞳孔直径。结果(1)相同背景下2组患者的视力均随着对比度的下降而下降,相同对比度时高亮背景下的视力好于暗背景下的视力。(2)术后3个月两组患者最佳矫正视力相比较无统计学意义。(3)Acri Smart36A非球面人工晶状体组在暗背景低对比度下(10%和5%对比度)的视力与ACR6D SE球面人工晶状体组比较视力优于ACR6D SE组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。而在高亮背景下两组不同对比度视力比较差异均无统计学意义。结论非球面人工晶状体在暗背景低对比度下较球面人工晶状体能提高患者的视力,提高患者视物清晰度。但在高亮背景不同对比度下两种人工晶状体在提高患者的视力方面无差异性。
