老年高血压病胰岛素抵抗血浆中TNF-α的变化及意义
摘要
目的探讨老年高血压病胰岛素抵抗(IR)患者血浆中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化及意义。方法选取正常对照组、老年高血压病不伴IR组、老年高血压病伴IR组各30例,计算体重指数(BMI),抽血检测空腹血糖、胰岛素、TNF-α,计算HOMA-IR指数,比较各组间指标。结果与正常对照组和老年高血压病不伴IR组相比,高血压病伴IR组,BMI、胰岛素和TNF-α水平明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);正常对照组和老年高血压病不伴IR组各项指标差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05);老年高血压痛伴IR组FIRI与TNF-α呈正相关(r=0.91,P〈0.05)。结论IR与高胰岛素血症可能是部分老年高血压病的发病机制之一,老年高血压痛IR与TNF-α水平有关。
