The Role of Chemokines in Ischemic Brain Injury

摘要 炎症反应是缺血性脑损伤的重要机制之一,而趋化因子是炎症反应中不可或缺的一类介质,主要趋化白细胞迁移、介导炎症损伤、参与损伤修复,在缺血性脑损伤中起着不可忽视的作用。阐明趋化因子的作用机制和影响,有可能为防治缺血性脑损伤找到新的靶点。 Inflammation is one of the important mechanisms of cerebral ischemic damage, and chernokines are a class of essential mediators in inflammation reaction. They play an unnegligible role in cerebral ischemic damage, mainly promoting leukocyte migration, mediating inflammatory injury and participating in damage repair. Elucidation of the action mechanism and effect of chemokines may find new targets for the prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemic damage.
