摘要
本试验研究了5个微生物肥料菌株发酵液对大棚盆栽黄瓜苗和番茄苗生长的影响。结果表明:选育出的5个微生物肥料菌株对黄瓜和番茄幼苗生长具有一定的促进作用。经处理的黄瓜苗平均株高达到10.95 cm,比对照增加25.70%,茎粗则达到了0.41 cm,比对照增长36.10%;经处理的番茄苗株高达19.90 cm,茎粗达0.33 cm,比对照分别增长了114.00%和30.00%。研究还表明复合菌种肥料处理比单一肥料处理更有利于蔬菜幼苗的生长。
Effects of fermentation broth of five strains from bacterial manure on the growth of cucumber and tomato seedlings were studied. The result indicated that all the strains had significant effect on the growth of seedlings. The plant height and stem diameter of cucumber seedlings which were treated with fermentation broth could reach 10. 95cm and 0.41cm respectively, which were respectively improved 25.7% and 36.1% compared with the control. The plant height and stem diameter of tomato seedlings which treated with fermentation broth could reach 19. 9cm and 0.325cm respectively, which were respectively improved 114% and 30% compared with the control. The result showed that the growth of vegetable seedlings treated with mixed fermentation broth was better than single fermentation broth.
