综合疗法治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻32例疗效观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Efficacy of a Combined Therapy in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea in Autumn and Winter：Analysis of 32 Cases

对32例（治疗组）秋冬季腹泻患儿采用中药与西药联合服用治疗，并与单用西药治疗作对照（对照组）。结果显示，两组患儿均痊愈，未见不良反应。治疗组3d内止泻，总有效率为87．5％，优于对照组53．3％。结果表明，运用综合疗法治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻临床疗效显著，不良反应少。

Thirty two infants with infantile diarrhea in autumn and winter received a combined therapy of both traditional Chinese drug and western drug（study group） ,and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated against that in the controlled group（western drug treatment only）. As results,infants in both groups were cured,the general improvement rate in the study group was 87.5% ,while that in the controlled group was 53.3%（ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that the combined therapy in the treatment of infantile diarrhea in au- tumn and winter has a notable therapeutic efficacy and is of less adverse reaction.
