临床路径管理模式在痔PPH中的应用研究

Application of Clinical Pathway Management in PPH Treatment of Hemorrhoids

为建立痔PPH合理的临床路径，减少患者的平均住院时间，降低住院费用，促进患者康复，提高医疗质量，将57例准备接受PPH的患者随机分为试验组与对照组，试验组按照临床路径管理，对照组按常规诊治。对两组患者的平均住院天数、平均医疗费用及患者满意度进行比较。结果显示，试验组患者的平均住院天数、平均医疗费用较对照组低，试验组患者满意度较对照组高。结果表明，临床路径作为一种科学的医疗护理模式，在PPH围手术期中切实可行，值得推广。

The objective of the study was to assess the value of the clinical pathway management in PPH treatment of hemorrhoids. Fifty seven patients with hemorrhoids who were to undergo PPH were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the study group received clinical pathway management, while patients in the controlled group received routine treatment. As results, the mean hospital stay and the mean treatment cost in the study group were reduced against those in the controlled group;and the subjective satisfaction in the study group was higher. It is suggested that clinical pathway managements, being a scientific mode of medical/nursing treatment,is feasible and needs to be popularized in PPH treatment.
