控制性括约肌侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂95例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of the Controlled Lateral Incision of the Internal Sphincter in the Treatment of Chronic Anal Fissure：Analysis of 95 cases

为探讨控制性括约肌侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效，对95例陈旧性肛裂施行控制性括约肌侧切术，术后均一次性治愈，无1例出现排便失禁、粪便溢出和排气失禁。结果表明，控制性括约肌侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂，治愈率高，并发肛门失禁的危险性低，值得临床推广。

The objective of the study was to assess the therapeutic effect of the controlled lateral incision of the internal sphincter in the treatment of chronic anal fissure. Ninety five patients underwent such surgical procedure, primary cure was achieved in all these patients, and no fecal incontinence, fecal overflow, gas in- continence occurred. It is concluded that the procedure of controlled lateral incision of the internal sphincter in the treatment of chronic anal fissure is high in cure rate,low in complications,and is of the value of clini cal popularization.
