补肾活血胶囊治疗冠心病86例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 86 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Treated by Bushen Huoxue Capsules

目的:观察补肾活血胶囊治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将126例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组86例和对照组40例,治疗组口服补肾活血胶囊,对照组口服地奥心血康,主要观察两组临床症状及心电图、血脂、血糖、血液流变学等各项指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组心绞痛总有效率为96.35%,而对照组仅为77.25%,两组比较,P<0.05;治疗组心电图总有效率为73.43%,而对照组仅为40.21%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:补肾活血胶囊治疗冠心病疗效明显。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on coronary heart disease treated by Bushen Huoxue capsules. Method： 126 cases were randomly divided into 86 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group. Cases in the treatment group took Bushen Huoxue eapsules orally and Cases in the control group took Diao Xinxuekang capsules. The changes of clinical symptoms, indexes of electrocardiogram, blood fat, blood sugar and hemorheology were observed mainly. Results ： The total effective rate of angina was 96.35 % in the treatment group and 77.25 % in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the total effective rate of electrocardiogram was 73, 43% in the treatment group and40.21% in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Huoxue capsules had significant effect for coronary heart disease.
