摘要
莲花水电站计算机监控系统是在基建过程中按照“无人值班、少人值守、梯调遥控、同步建设”的新标准进行设计、施工的。按照这一要求,从工程设计的角度,对系统的硬软件的配置网络结构设计问题进行了必要的处理,并采取了有效的措施保证运行可靠性,提高系统运行速率,降低有关系统的投资。该系统投运后已发挥了较好的效益。
The computer supervisory control system for Lianhua Hydropower Station is designed,constructed and put into operation based on the new standards of unattended operation,a few people on duty,step dispatching and remote control,and synchronous construction.According to these requirements,the necessary treatments have been conducted for the configuration structural design of the system software and hardware,and some effective measures have been adopted to enhance the operation reliability,increase the system operation rate and decrease the investment of the relevant systems.At present,this computer supervisory control system has produced big benefits.
